No APTIS is not a brokerage, but is owned and operated by a licensed real estate salesperson.
APTIS is free for consumers. If you work with an introduced agent and a transaction closes, APTIS may receive a referral fee from the agent’s brokerage.
We start with your needs, not a pre-ranked list of agents. A real person at APTIS researches the market and evaluates potential agents based on relevant experience, local expertise, reputation, communication style, personality, service model, availability, and other factors that matter to your situation. We may also speak directly with potential agents before making an introduction.
No automated system makes the final recommendation. Technology may help us research markets, organize information, and evaluate potential candidates, but every APTIS match is personally reviewed and selected by a real person. Human judgment is central to the service.
APTIS is not a pay-to-play directory. Recommendations are intended to reflect fit and quality, not bidding for your information.
